Least Sucky

Data Deletion Instructions

Effective August 12, 2026

These instructions apply to Least Sucky ERP and the Least Sucky website.

Least Sucky is an organization-controlled ERP. If your employer or another organization gave you access, start with that organization's Least Sucky administrator. That organization controls most business records in its workspace.

How to request deletion

  1. Ask your organization's Least Sucky administrator to deactivate your account and review the personal information connected to it.
  2. If you cannot reach the administrator, email info@leastsucky.com with the subject Least Sucky data deletion request.
  3. Include the company email used for Least Sucky, the organization name, and a description of the information or account involved. Do not email a password, financial account number, or other unnecessary secret.
  4. Complete any reasonable identity or authority verification requested so information is not deleted or disclosed to the wrong person.

What happens next

After a verified request is received, Least Sucky and, where applicable, the organization controlling the workspace will determine which records can be deleted, deactivated, corrected, exported, or de-identified. We will communicate the outcome using the verified contact information associated with the request.

Information that may be retained

Some ERP records cannot be removed without damaging accounting, inventory, approval, security, or audit history. Records may therefore be retained when needed to:

Where deletion is not appropriate, access may be disabled and personal details may be limited or de-identified when feasible while the required business history remains intact.

Website inquiries

If you contacted Least Sucky through email or the public website and do not have an ERP account, use the same email address above and identify the communication you want reviewed for deletion.

Facebook login connection

If you used Facebook to sign in, state that in your deletion request. Least Sucky will review the linked Facebook user identifier and other login information it received for deletion or de-identification. You may also remove Least Sucky from the apps and websites connected to your Facebook account; doing so stops future Facebook login access but does not automatically remove business records controlled by your organization.
