Least Sucky

Terms of Service

Effective August 12, 2026

These terms apply to the Least Sucky website and Least Sucky ERP.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Least Sucky, you agree to these terms. If you use Least Sucky for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to use the service on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Business use and organization administrators

Least Sucky is a business operations system. An organization may invite users, assign access, manage its workspace, and control the business records entered into that workspace. You must follow your organization's policies and instructions when using Least Sucky.

Accounts and Facebook login

Least Sucky may allow you to sign in using a Facebook account or another third-party identity provider. If you choose that option, you authorize the provider to send Least Sucky the account information described in our Privacy Policy and in the provider's authorization screen. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

Your use of Facebook is governed separately by Facebook's own terms and policies. Least Sucky is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta or Facebook. Revoking a third-party login permission may prevent that sign-in method from working; contact your organization administrator or info@leastsucky.com if you need help with access.

Acceptable use

You may not use Least Sucky to break the law, violate another person's rights, gain unauthorized access, disrupt or damage the service, introduce malicious code, probe security controls without written permission, or use another person's account. You may not attempt to bypass organization, assignment, role, record, or field-level access restrictions.

Business records and user responsibility

You and the organization controlling the workspace are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of information submitted to Least Sucky. Review important purchasing, inventory, production, accounting, employment, tax, and payment records before relying on them. Least Sucky is software and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, or financial advice.

Privacy and data deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how Least Sucky processes information. The Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request deletion or deactivation. Some accounting, inventory, approval, security, and audit records may need to be retained to preserve business history or meet legal obligations.

Ownership

Organizations and users retain their rights in information they are authorized to submit. They grant Least Sucky the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, back up, and display that information to operate and support the service. Least Sucky and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, branding, documentation, and related materials.

Service changes and availability

Least Sucky may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We work to provide a dependable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. You should maintain appropriate business procedures, approvals, and backups for information that is critical to your operations.

Suspension and termination

Least Sucky or the organization controlling a workspace may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, address a security risk, respond to unlawful or prohibited use, enforce these terms, or follow an organization's authorized instruction. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, record-retention, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Least Sucky is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that are not expressly stated in a written agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Least Sucky will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Least Sucky changes. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
